Shipping Costs
Shipping costs within the Netherlands & Belgium are always free.

Shipping, processing, and ordering times

  • The processing time for your order is 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Normally, shipping takes 6-10 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • The latest ordering date is 23:59 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam)
  • Shipping costs: Free shipping

Shipping of your order
Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Then you naturally want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Our total delivery time is 7-12 working days.

As soon as you place an order with us, you can easily see when your package will be delivered within a few days. You will receive an email with your personal tracking code, which allows you to track your order via our tracking page.

Delivery of your order
Once your order has been delivered, you can enjoy it! Of course, something can always go wrong. Do you want to exchange or return? Check this page.

Package lost?
If a package gets lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before proceeding with a refund and return.

Non-acceptance of packages
If a package is delivered at the front door or left at a post office, the delivery costs of the package are the responsibility of Lonon. If the package is not accepted or not picked up by the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier. In that case, we will send you a new package free of charge. If the second delivery is not accepted, we have the right to withhold € 15 from the amount you receive back.
